Check-in and Check-out Procedures

  • Summer Check-ins (June-August) begin at 4 pm and are guaranteed by 6 pm.
  • Off Season Check-ins begin at 3 pm and are guaranteed by 5 pm.
  • Check-out is by 10 am.

Property Access

  • Electronic entry.
  • Ground Level: Swimming pool, outdoor shower, and parking for two vehicles. Exterior stairway access to the building.
  • Elevator to neighboring building with breezeway between will enable you to reach the entrance without stairs.
  • This is a third-floor unit.

Parking Information

  • One assigned parking spot. Second spot available in guest parking by the pool.

Policies and Rules

  • No events (including weddings, bachelor/bachelorette parties, or sorority/fraternity events) allowed.
  • No smoking allowed.
  • Minimum age to rent: 25.
  • No pets allowed. Per Ocean Dunes HOA, no travelers are permitted to bring pets—owners only.
  • Children allowed.

Fees and Payments

  • Valid government-issued photo ID required for every reservation.
  • Signed rental agreement required. Accepting House Rules on any online travel agency requires reading and acceptance of the rental agreement.

Cancellation Policy

  • Free cancellation within 48 hours of booking.
  • After 48 hours of booking and more than 60 days before arrival: full refund, less $300 cancellation debit.
  • After 48 hours of booking and within 60 days of arrival: no refund unless dates are re-rented. If re-rented, refund will be processed less $300 cancellation debit.

Utilities and Amenities Access

  • Bed linens and towels provided; sheets and towels will be wrapped in sealed packages and placed on the beds.
  • Bring your own paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, soaps, detergents, minimal cleaning supplies, and beach towels.
  • No facilities for charging golf carts.
  • Amenities include: high-speed internet, clothes washing machine, clothes dryer, dishwasher, oven, stove, toaster, microwave/convection oven, refrigerator, basic dishes and silverware, ironing board & iron, balcony, fire extinguisher, smoke alarm, carbon monoxide detector, and hair dryer.
  • Pools (community, indoor, and heated) are generally open from Memorial Day until Labor Day; pool closures may occur at the discretion of the HOA or the Health Department, and after severe weather. No refunds will be issued for pool closures.
  • Tennis courts, hot tub, and sauna are available.
